After getting 3 players released from isolation just to make a team,the team talk was of no use due to all the coughing and spluttering!. An immense effort today considering the amount of players ill and under the weather. Daniel played all game in goal and was his usual immaculate self. Robert and Aaron kept check of their wingers and Ryan and Kane kept the home side down to 1 shot all game. Marley was dictating in midfield, Nello slipping balls to the 2 wide men who had both been ill and sick through the night, both Bradley and Kofi were dangerous and causing havoc. Kyle was tenacious in the tackle and winning most 2nd ball, whilst Emily was proving an effective link from midfield to the front line. Mitchell was unlucky on a few runs but never gave up. Illness got the better of Viraj and Jamie, hope they are well for next week. Bradley netted a fine hat-trick before coming off and Marley got the goal his play deserved. Well played Athletic.
